PGI-Zertifizierung<\/h3>\n

Die IGP Piemont-Haselnuss unterliegt einer Produktionsverordnung, in der die Merkmale des Erzeugnisses, von der Sorte bis zum Anbaugebiet, die Anbausysteme, die Vermarktung und die Etikettierung festgelegt sind.
\n1993 wurde die Tonda Gentile delle Langhe durch ein Ministerialdekret vom 2. Dezember 1993 im Rahmen der erweiterten Definition der piemontesischen Haselnuss<\/strong> als IGP (gesch\u00fctzte geografische Angabe) zertifiziert.<\/p>\n

Das ist nicht nur gut, sondern auch gut f\u00fcr Ihre Gesundheit.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Erstens enth\u00e4lt die Haselnuss eine betr\u00e4chtliche Anzahl essenzieller Aminos\u00e4uren sowie Vitamin E (ein starkes Antioxidans) und \u00d6ls\u00e4ure (die gleiche Substanz, die auch in nativem Oliven\u00f6l extra enthalten ist). Es hat den Anschein, dass eine Ern\u00e4hrung mit einem hohen Anteil an \u00d6ls\u00e4ure den Spiegel des ber\u00fchmten „schlechten“ Cholesterins niedrig h\u00e4lt und gleichzeitig den Spiegel des „guten“ Cholesterins erh\u00f6ht.
\nJ\u00fcngste Studien haben gezeigt, dass der regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Verzehr von IGP-Haseln\u00fcssen aus dem Piemont (30 bis 40 Gramm pro Tag) dazu beitr\u00e4gt, gesund und fit zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Seit der Antike ist der Kern ein Symbol f\u00fcr Wohlbefinden und Gl\u00fcck.
\nIm alten Rom war es \u00fcblich, Haselnusspflanzen als Gl\u00fccksbringer zu verschenken. Das Gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Frankreich, wo die Pflanze als Fruchtbarkeitssymbol an Frischverm\u00e4hlte verschenkt wurde. Der Haselnussbaum gilt seit jeher als magischer Baum. So nutzten die piemontesischen W\u00fcnschelruteng\u00e4nger Haselzweige, um Quellen zu finden und anschlie\u00dfend Brunnen in den Bauernh\u00f6fen zu bauen, und auch die masche (piemontesische Hexen) verwendeten Haselzweige, um ihr baculum, ihren Zauberstab, herzustellen.
\nDie Hasel galt als Symbol f\u00fcr Heilung, Weisheit und Kommunikation. Der G\u00f6tterbote Hermes trug einen Haselnussstab, den Caduceus. Sp\u00e4ter wurde dieser Stab in den H\u00e4nden des \u00c4skulap, mit zwei Schlangen umwickelt und ist noch heute das Symbol der Medizin. Auch f\u00fcr die Kelten stellt diese Pflanze den Baum des Wissens dar, der die sensorischen Aktivit\u00e4ten steigert und zu einer solchen Klarheit und Geistesgegenwart f\u00fchrt, dass Zauberspr\u00fcche funktionieren: Ihr Holz wurde n\u00e4mlich zur Herstellung von Zauberst\u00e4ben, aber auch von Ruteng\u00e4ngern verwendet. Dieser Baum war auch ein Symbol der Fruchtbarkeit und des \u00dcberflusses, und seine Bl\u00e4tter wurden an Tiere verf\u00fcttert, um deren Fruchtbarkeit zu steigern.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
