Changes and Returns

1.1 FAULTY PRODUCT

In case of a faulty product, you will need to contact us by email within 14 days after you receive your order and send us a picture clearly showing the defect so that we can verify that the product is indeed faulty.

In the event that the defective product is to be sent to our warehouse, Azienda Agricola ANDREEV ILIJA will bear the shipping costs. Once verified that the product is defective, a refund will be made or a replacement will be sent to the User.

1.2 INCORRECT ORDER

If you receive an order that does not correspond to what you purchased, you should contact Azienda Agricola ANDREEV ILIJA within 14 days from the receipt of your order and send us a picture showing everything you received with the relative reference in the package, payment and shipping receipt. We will provide you with a solution once we verify the content.

In case you need to return the product to the warehouse, Azienda Agricola ANDREEV ILIJA will bear the shipping costs. Once it is verified that the order was incorrect, a refund or will be made or a replacement will be sent to the User.

1.3 CHANGES OR RETURNS

1.4 REFUND TIMES

Once the package has been returned to our offices or warehouse, it is inspected for refund approval. The product must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order, must not have been used, and must be delivered in its original packaging with the case and any accompanying label.

If approved, a full refund of the price of the merchandise will be made within 7 business days and the customer will be informed of the transaction by email. Once the refund is processed, the customer may receive it within 5-10 business days.
